# Offers and widgets paused

> Why storefront widgets and upsell offers pause at 110% of your plan's monthly orders, what keeps working, and how to resume them.

Each plan covers a number of store orders a month. If your store
reaches 110% of that number, AndOr pauses storefront widgets and upsell
offers until next month, or until you upgrade. Your discounts and
checkout rules keep working.

## How the limit works

The limit counts all your store's orders that month, as in your
Shopify admin. A cancelled order still counts.

1. **At 80% of your plan's orders,** a banner in the app says "You've
   used X of Y orders this month."
2. **From 100% to 110%,** everything keeps running. The banner says
   "You're over your plan's orders. Upgrade to keep growing."
3. **At 110%,** storefront widgets and upsell offers pause.

Plans don't switch on their own. You choose when to upgrade. See

plan's orders.

**What to do at the banner:** open **Plan** and check how many orders
you have had this month. If there are many days left in the month,
upgrade now to avoid a pause.

Pausing the storefront parts, not the discounts, means shoppers never
lose a price they were promised.

## What you see in the app

- **Home**, **Promotions**, **Upsell offers** and **Storefront
  widgets** show a banner at the top that says offers and widgets are
  paused.
- Rows that would show on your store get a **Paused: order limit
  reached** badge.
- **Plan** shows your orders this month, and the **What happens at
  your order limit** card.

## What shoppers see

While paused, shoppers don't see AndOr widgets or upsell offers on your
store. Discounts still apply at checkout, so shoppers still get the
price.

## Resume them

**How to choose:** a pause near a big sale costs you more than an
upgrade. A pause a day or two before the month ends may be fine to
wait out.

You have two choices:

1. **Upgrade now.**

   Click **Upgrade** in the banner, or open **Plan**. Then click
   **Manage subscription** and pick a bigger plan. Widgets and offers
   resume at once. More than 2,000 orders a month?

2. **Wait for next month.**

   The count starts again on the 1st of each month. Widgets and
   offers come back then.

## Stats paused for now

If you see **Stats are paused for now**, stats are paused for a short
time on our side. No action is needed. Offers and widgets keep showing.
