# Sense

> AndOr on Sense, a free theme built on Dawn. Tested results, where blocks go and the cart drawer.

Sense is a free Shopify theme built on [Dawn](https://backtrackhq.com/docs/themes/dawn/). AndOr
works on it the same way as on Dawn: every widget, the cart drawer and
instant updates.

> **Note:** Tested on Sense 16.1.0 on our demo store, October 16, 2026.

## What works

Everything on the [Dawn page](https://backtrackhq.com/docs/themes/dawn/#what-works) passed on
Sense too: the widgets on the page, the goal bar, gift slot and claim
row in the cart drawer, gift adds and removals, quantity changes and
the back button. With the cart type set to **Popup notification**, the
popup stays clean: AndOr adds nothing to it.

## Where blocks go and style tips

Use the [Dawn placement table](https://backtrackhq.com/docs/themes/dawn/#where-to-place-each-block).
Sense has the same templates and sections. The **Classic** style preset
fits Sense's default look. The
[Dawn CSS](https://backtrackhq.com/docs/themes/dawn/#css-that-matches-dawn) works on Sense too.
